Creating love

 Today the best thing you can do for yourself is nip and tuck to be "perfect".  Let's be real, we all thought about the perfect appearance we want. That goes from the look on the face or the look of the body if not a combination.  We are our own critics and in the worst way possible. I have fallen victim to looking at myself and wanting to make changes to look prettier and feel sexier. Self-love isn't an easy task to complete, keep going or better yet start.  I recently underwent Liposuction 360. This procedure is removal of fat from the midsection. This consist of the waist, upper and lower back, under arm (bra area for women) and the fupa area. I also added upper arm liposuction. This story focus on a woman who was born  Coventina “Covey” Lyncook, an Afro-Chinese Caribbean girl escapes the tragedies she endured in the United Kingdom by using her absent mother’s maiden name, Brown.  As she continues to run from her past, she experiences even more hardships and leaves her no choice but to adopt another name, Eleanor Douglas, which she uses until she changes her surname when she marries.   Eleanor leaves behind 3 children, 2 who grew up together and one that was left for adoption due to an unfortunate circumstance. This is Your Final SetBack

Let us dwell on how 2023 (well honestly since 2020) has been one of the hardest years to regroup and adjust on life. Everything we all have witnessed on television or the blogs have made us stronger, opinionated and stick together in some form. However, I will say 2023 gave us  the gift of reality to ourselves in full form (whether we admit that or not) as well as the chance to see, hurt and heal. I believe 2023 made us stronger as a person in overcoming something that has weighed us down. So, with that being said, 2024 we are ready to receive and live differently. We are open to the endless opportunities of prosperity, abundant grace, great relationships, drinks and fashion.  I would sum this up in the words of Destiny Child "We are Survivors,...We not go Stop.. We go Grind harder."  Living life to the fullest, allowing the past to be learning blocks, appreciation of what is meant to be without always being a negative reason.  Everything is positive.
