Creating love

 Today the best thing you can do for yourself is nip and tuck to be "perfect". 

Let's be real, we all thought about the perfect appearance we want. That goes from the look on the face or the look of the body if not a combination. 

We are our own critics and in the worst way possible. I have fallen victim to looking at myself and wanting to make changes to look prettier and feel sexier. Self-love isn't an easy task to complete, keep going or better yet start. 

I recently underwent Liposuction 360. This procedure is removal of fat from the midsection. This consist of the waist, upper and lower back, under arm (bra area for women) and the fupa area. I also added upper arm liposuction. Hitting a certain age, women see the imperfection in ourselves and try to fix it all to look how did in the past. 

Being forty, I see all my imperfections and want to fix everything. However, i am not the surgery type lol. I went through my procedure, and I am incredibly happy with what I am seeing develop, but that isn't the ending. I still must maintain this new me. And that my beauty starts within. Let us pledge to ourselves that regardless of what choices we make to enhance our beauty we should never lose ourselves to miss seeing what we see in the mirror.

Our daily Purpose

When people crossed paths, we always think of the reasoning instead of the appreciation. We look for every reason on why and how or when also maybe...We as humans never see the individual or the group of people coming in our life as a positive outlook. Sadly, the negative oversea it all. For instance, you see a beautiful sweater for the fall and winter session on sale in clearance but you overlook it due to it being a hot summer day. You can either 1 of 2 things; 1. loose out on a good deal by purchasing the sweater in the summer time or 2. Just except you came across a good looking piece of fabric.  We have to look at people and their value, their purpose like we do our drinks and fashion. Why I say this? Think about it, you will not just pick up any kind of dress without reason. You pick your drink for the moment you're in whether it is shot or a cocktail.  Happy New Year Bitches!!!!! It's 2023, we all made our resolutions and rants, but how much are we going to commit too? This is the month of February and honestly, have we stuck to our word or naw? I have made it clear in my mind that I am not going to say what I will or will not do, but more if just doing it. It is so easy to fall off the to-do list. Some will say you cannot commit to anything; some say you put more on your plate than you can handle.  I say, live this year with no regrets. Allow yourself to live free, be free, think free, react freely, release freely, feel freely and most of all DO IT ON YOUR TERMS. By dictionary.com, FREE is /fre/ not or no longer confined or imprisoned. This definition can be understood by not being held back or held down. This goes for mental, emotions, toxic relationships, your past, or just you vs. you.  We will be FREE in 2023, no matter what it takes.
