The weather makes us forget who we are. lol. LADIES: 1. EVERYONE DOESN'T WALK AROUND WITHOUT A BRA or UNDERWEAR!!! (whew, had to get it off my chest). 2. Just painting your toes just to get by doesn't always work. 3. Men, you don't need 3 or 4 undergarments on under sweat pants.. Um we don't like musty balls either..... (really we don't). 4. Your kids are kids, please dress them accordingly... your child is 5 not 12 and 12 not 18.... Always think before you act, react and think PERIODT lol. Also if your going to drink.. sip ladies not guzzle. Men do not like to see women drunk and chugging back 40s (old school). Men approach a woman and be a gentleman no matter the atmosphere. OMG Spring is coming soon, so get out those pretty dresses and let the wind flow. This is the time now to start on those winter feet (lol), PEDICURES FOLKS!!!. The stories we see on Lifetime network, USA or movies on Netflix and other television stations that speak on abuse towards women are sometimes hard to deal with. However, this topic isn't just women, thee are men, boys and girls who suffer from abuse everyday as well.  Being a survivor of sexual and mental abuse, this topic is can be hard to deal with; but it must be heard.  There are so many emotions, thoughts and fears that victims deal with everyday for the rest of their lives. Victims may have a sense of doubt and questions on why this situation has happen.  Memories of the tragedy can be long term and left with a sense of emptiness. The victim usually knows the person that is doing the abuse which makes the healing process that much harder to do. But having a support system can help with recovery. Strength as being told comes in numbers and with time. Being older, I thought that time will heal and in some cases it does and for others may take a little long...

Sometimes as women we lose ourselves in so many ways and sadly so quickly. Women have so many roles without being asked or even receiving a thank you. Women do not look for justification on why we are superwoman or reasoning on why things should be done. However, we are tired of the shame, disrespect, and the notion of knowing we run this world to not be given a plaque of our own. Yes, people wake up; it is not a man’s world. Women bare children, run a household, work many different jobs, have long nights and short days, get up the next day and do it all again.........(sigh) but throughout many roles no respect or honor is given.
